SHINee (Hangul : 샤이니) est un boysband du label sud-coréen SM Entertainment qui ont débuté en 2008 avec le single Noona you're so pretty 누난 너무 예뻐 (Replay), qui signifie Grande s½ur, tu es si jolie . Le groupe est composé de cinq membres âgés de 14 à 18 ans à leurs débuts : Onew 온유, Jonghyun 종현, Key 키, MinHo 민호, et TaeMin 태민. Le nom du groupe signifie "ceux qui reçoivent la lumière" et vient de la combinaison du mot anglais shine (briller) et ee (recevoir). Que ce soit au niveau vestimentaire ou musicalement, les SHINee ont su se démarquer des autres boysbands, s'imposer sur la scène musicale coréenne, et devenir les précurseurs d'une nouvelle génération.

TVXQ (often stylized TVXQ!or TVfXQ), an acronym for Tong Vfang Xien Qi (東方神起), is a South Korean boy band quintet formed under SM Entertainment in 2003. In South Korea they are known as Dong Bang Shin Gi (동방신기); they were later introduced in Japan as Tohoshinki (東方神起, Tōhōshinki?) under the Avex sub-label Rhythm Zone in 2005.
